Double speed during lockdown

Dear Client,

As the lockdown times are tough and we all desire faster broadband internet. Crisp Fibre has spoken to our fibre providers and they have listened. For a 3 month period from May 2020 to July 2020 Openserve has opened up their taps so we can push more internet data through. This means great news for all you that have supported Crisp Fibre during this time. All up to date clients qualify for this FREE upgrade for the next 3 months.

Below we will show the Upgrades:

Important Note:

• Only active services as at 22 April 2020 will qualify for the free upgrade.
• All upgraded services will be restored to the original speeds, as per the list after a period of 3 months.
• Client bills will remain unaffected by the upgrade and restoration process, as upgrades will be applied directly on the network.
• Clients who require services to remain at the higher speeds can simply place Regrade orders for the relevant services on or before 20 July 2020, to ensure that the service remains at the higher speed.
• Please note that the Upgrade process will be deployed in a phased approach commencing 1 May 2020 and envisaged to be completed by 10 May 2020.
• Restoration will follow a similar process, and Crisp Fibre will endeavour to ensure that your services remain on the upgraded speed for a minimum of 3 months, before restoration to the original speed.
