Crisp Fibre allows our valued customers to log in to our Interactive Customer Portal (https://clients.crispfibre.co.za/portal/login) to check hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly bandwidth utilization statistics.
1. Simply log in to Crisp Fibre Interactive Customer Portal.
2. Navigate to the "Statistics" tab.
3. Then click on the "Internet" tab. Scroll down on the page and choose the graph that best fits your needs. That's it. Simple.
Note: This is currently not available for Vumatel Active Ethernet subscribers and Openserve subscribers.
